This innovation utilizes Arkema's Elium thermoplastic resin, allowing Sireg's Glasspree TP reinforcement to shine in the construction industry. The tensile strength of this glass fiber reinforced composite material based on Elium resin is twice that of ordinary steel bars, while the weight is reduced by 75%. It is not only resistant to chemical corrosion, but also maintains dimensional stability even under extreme temperature changes. More importantly, it can be completely recycled and reused. This type of reinforcement not only improves the energy efficiency of the building structure, but also significantly reduces carbon emissions during maintenance.

The application of Elium resin significantly improves production efficiency and supply chain flexibility, thereby enhancing the profitability potential of construction projects. Glasspree's TP reinforcement is suitable for repair and maintenance work in buildings, bridges, tunnels, as well as marine and coastal structures. Especially in bridge applications, it is expected to have a service life of up to 100 years, twice that of steel, with lighter weight, better resistance to salt and alkali environments, lower lifecycle costs, and less environmental impact.
